1. Air duct production line can be defined as that the whole process of air duct forming is completed by one machine independently.

2. Before making the air duct, it is necessary to carefully understand the structure and specification of the air duct on the drawing, so as to cause unnecessary waste when cutting plates, which is also a key step to reduce the loss.

3. Clean up the foreign air duct and make it centralized and unified. Try to make the opposite type pipe first. In this way, all the large-scale plates left in the production of the opposite air duct can be applied to the straight pipe behind.   

4. When connecting the air duct, the distance should be as large as possible, especially the small branch pipe can be processed according to the length of the plate, which can save the waste of auxiliary materials of the air duct, and also can speed up the progress of the air duct production.

5. As far as possible, the leftover material generated in the process of sheet cutting is applied to the upper part of the air duct as far as possible. Because the upper surface is concealed, it can be used as long as it does not affect the air duct itself.
