1. The oil industry only agrees to participate in the oil tank after strict filtration

2. No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is selected as the working oil of spiral air duct fan, and the operating oil temperature is within 15-60 ℃

3. The sliding block should be filled with lubricating oil frequently, and the surface of the column should be kept clean. Before each operation, the oil should be sprayed first

4. The operating fluid should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months

5. Check and check the pressure gauge every half a year

6. Under the nominal pressure of 500t, the maximum allowable convergence load is 40mm. Excessive migraine may lead to column strain or other adverse phenomena

7. If the spiral air duct machine is out of service for a long time, the surface of each processing plant should be wiped clean and coated with antirust oil
