Prevention of vibration and noise during installation of spiral duct fan

The vibration and noise generated in the installation process of spiral duct fan is a very difficult problem. Basically speaking, as long as the two problems are prevented in advance during the installation process, it is basically half the success. In the process of installation, the prevention of vibration and noise of spiral air duct mainly includes the following aspects:

① When the fan is installed, the vibration damping device shall be set according to the design requirements or construction specifications.

② The fan and the spiral air duct are connected by hose. The hose at the suction inlet of the fan should be installed with appropriate tightness to avoid noise and vibration caused by too loose soft connection and reducing the area of air inlet and outlet.

③ The spiral air duct is made, installed and connected with the components. The connection is tight without air leakage, so as to avoid air leakage noise.

④ In order to prevent the vibration of spiral air duct, fixed support is set at the turning of spiral air duct of each system and the connection with fan and air outlet.

Air leakage test of spiral air duct machinery. After the installation of spiral air duct, it is necessary to conduct air leakage test. According to the specification, the air leakage detection of spiral air duct adopts the combination of light leakage legality and air leakage test quantitative detection. The light leakage method is suitable for the tightness inspection of medium and low pressure systems; the air leakage test is suitable for the sampling inspection of medium pressure system and full detection of high pressure system.
